No Minimum Seed Purchase: Our minimum purchase has been discontinued. You can order as many or as few as you like. New Varieties: Over 100 new seed varieties added. | New Policy Changes - Effective March 31, 2007: |

After careful review of your feedback, surveys and input from our staff; we will be implementing some Policy changes with respect to our Seed Sales effective March 31, 2007. A huge thank you to those that have participated in our random customer experience surveys.
Important Policy changes to note will be as follows: New Varieties: In addition to our existing stock, we will be introducing several new varieties of every type of seed that we currently offer including annual and perennial flowers and herbs. Based on your feedback and requests we will now be offering some new popular Specialty Seeds including Fava beans, Fresh Bulbs of Garlic, Kohl Rabbi, Chick Peas and Seed for Sprouts. Reduced Prices: No price increases and we have lowered the individual pack cost of our seeds for most varieties. Ten Pack Minimum Seed Purchase: In order to implement faster shipping methods, premium packing materials and keep the overall product prices down, we will require a minimum seed purchase of ten packs of seeds per order. This does not mean that you will have to order a minimum of ten packs of a single variety but your order must consist of a minimum of ten packages in total. Our seeds have a 65 percent germination rate for 3 years. Premium Shipping: Our Seeds will be shipped priority with Signature Confirmation upon delivery. This will enable better tracking of orders for you the customer- and in turn will produce more efficient time management for our customer service reps. We will also be implementing upgrades our packaging materials. Bulk Purchasing: Over the next few months, we will be adding a bulk purchase option ( available by selecting from a drop down menu under each individual product). We will be eliminating the "Jumbo Packs" category completely once this has been fully implemented. This should better accomodate our professional growers and retail customers to navigate the website more effectively. By eliminating duplicatate products under a separate category we will conserve server resources and ultimately this should decrease the time-length to surf through each product. Please note that once these changes come into effect, you will continue to receive... the same diverse variety of Specialty Seeds - Plus More! Shipping will be upgraded! Individual Product Cost will be Lowered! It is our goal to ultimately create the best possible Online Shopping Experience for you - our valued customers. |
